Die-Cut and Molded Foam
Die-cut and molded foam products are custom-shaped foam materials used for packaging, insulation, cushioning, and other applications. Die-cut foam is precisely cut from foam sheets using a die press, making it ideal for inserts, padding, and protective layers. Molded foam is created by shaping liquid foam in a mold, producing contoured, durable, and high-density products suited for ergonomic cushions, cases, and specialty components. Both types offer versatility, impact resistance, and tailored solutions for various industries, including medical, automotive, and consumer goods.

Heavy-Gauge Vacuum Forming
Heavy-Gauge vacuum forming is used to produce thicker plastic products. Gruber Industries uses this process to make its acoustic panels, along with heavy-duty trays and containers. We have three sizes of sheet-fed vacuum forming machine, capable of processing plastic sheets up to 48" x 60" in size.

Thin-Gauge Vacuum Forming
Thin-Gauge vacuum forming is used to produce clamshell and blister packaging with a thickness of between .007 and .035 inches. Gruber Industries produces custom packaging products and trays using this method.

Injection Molding
Utilizing cutting-edge injection molding technology, we deliver precise, high-volume production of plastic parts with complex geometries and tight tolerances.

Prototyping and Machining
Our precision machining services ensure that custom plastic parts are fabricated to exact specifications, with the ability to work with a variety of materials and complex designs.
